Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Return postage is paid by the seller unless we agree otherwise.

UK cancellation rights

For online purchases, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to send the goods back. Our additional returns offer does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

For a statutory cancellation, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that they were sent, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Additional premium delivery charges are not refunded.

Handling and damaged goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If a set is faulty, damaged or different from its description, contact us with the order number and details. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
